Excellent coffee, including some unusual specialty drinks made with regional ingredients. Very friendly staff & un-crowded seating, perfect for a stop-off while walking around. Unquestionably your best option for coffee in Old Town.

favorite cafe when visitng Old Town! awesome staff and great cafe. y tiene cultura! look how badass that lucha libre logo is! I always buy a mug and some stickers. would love to get more merchandise like hat and t shirts but they are so good always sold out. next time!

Great little coffee shop in the heart of the Old Town in San Diego. We ordered flat whites and the coffee was perfectly brewed. The baristas working there were very friendly too.

This coffee shop is wonderful! Not only is the coffee top of the line with flavor but the staff are incredibly kind. I had a work trip that took me to San Diego recently and I would walk a few miles to this shop every morning just for the beautiful experience this place gives. It was the perfect way to start the day! When I came back I actually ordered bags of coffee as gifts for family for the holidays and a few for myself as well (it's that good yall!) but somehow mine never came so I wrote the staff and they sent me two bags just to make up for my lost package. These are the sweetest people. Thank you for being such a great coffee shop!

Super kind people and excellent coffee. I ordered a latte de olla which was sooo delicious & creamy. I also brought an iced dulce latte and coffee cake to my bf and he loved it. Definitely coming back to this place when I can.

Be aware that you’re going to wait for a while for your coffee . We waited almost 20 Minutes . There is only one barista making the coffee. Sure little spot with specialty lattes . We got the Cubanito and the salted honey . I wish the salted honey had some salt on top - would have taken it up a notch but the cubanito was excellent ! Overall they know how to make good coffee !!

Do yourself a favor and have the Aztec Mocha! It's absolutely delicious and very rich tasting, I had mine iced with oat milk and it's one of the best tasting coffees I've ever had. It is strong but sweet tasting, almost chocolatey but not overdone. The cafe is cute and very clean, and the service is excellent.

This spot became my go-to every morning during my trip to San Diego. The coffee is excellent—smooth, rich, and made from high-quality Mexican-origin beans. I had a vanilla latte every day, and not only did it taste great, but the latte art was a beautiful touch. The owner is incredibly pleasant and welcoming, and the customer service overall was top-notch. The space itself is cozy and perfect for relaxing while you enjoy your drink. Highly recommend if you’re in the area—definitely a hidden gem!
